Describe daily needs clearly
Note any help needed with eating, dressing, using the toilet, moving around and everyday communication. Explain when changes began and the care already arranged. Describe what you observe; you do not need to diagnose or assign a care level yourself.
Organise existing examination, diagnosis, medication and allergy records by date. If documents are needed, confirm their purpose and the official receiving channel with our staff. Do not submit medical records, identity documents or imaging through public web pages.
Confirming services and fees
Ask about each service, admission conditions, responsible staff, daily contact, medical coordination and itemised fees. Beds, staffing, specific services and costs are subject to the arrangements and written explanation provided after discussion and assessment.
