How long is a standard stay, and when does it begin?
A standard stay is 28 days, starting on the formal admission date. Changes to the dates or duration are handled under the contract.
When can family visit, and how are accompanying-person meals charged?
Visiting hours are 09:00–17:00, with no family visits outside these hours. A maximum of 1 family member may accompany the guest; their meals are charged separately by day. Arrange room tours and family visits separately.
Which room types can I explore?
Chenxi and Fuguang are single rooms; Yunran is a one-bedroom suite. Website photographs show Chenxi and Yunran. Call to ask about room facilities and available dates, and to arrange a room tour.
What is included in a basic package?
A basic package includes accommodation, care for mothers, everyday baby care, postnatal meals and basic postnatal recovery services. Specific services, session counts and fees follow the written package selected. Accompanying-person meals are extra and additional services are optional. Call for current prices.
Can meals be adjusted, and can I try a meal first?
Discuss allergies, dietary restrictions, blood-sugar management or vegetarian needs in advance. A meal tasting can be arranged, with the tasting fee credited after admission. Confirm the fee, time and credit arrangements when booking.
How can I choose a care model?
Ask about nursery care and rooming-in. Shuangcui PLUS images present 1-to-1 and n-to-1 models; discuss specific staff, day and night arrangements and applicable packages in relation to your family's needs.
What happens if I leave early?
Early departure requires payment of the contractual charge for breach. Review the applicable conditions, amounts and terms before signing.
